A charming hanging or standing oak corner cupboard, circa 1735.

The fitted shaped shelves in original paint above a drawer with faux smaller drawers on either side, the classical columns down either side of the main door, the back and top all original timber, and the key locks and unlocks the main door and drawer.

It has a wonderful deep colour and patina.

Perfect for glasses or bowls and plates, it’ll hang well as a statement piece in a kitchen or dining room.

It also works well as a free standing unit with candle sticks, ornaments, flowers, lamps or photos on top.

There some intriguing old writing on the inside of the door which appears to say:

"Rhubarb gin / 10 ounce candied peel / to 8 ounces of rhubarb / and one slice of a lemon"

...but not entirely clear.

Comes with a key (and some large screws/bolts for the wall if you want to hang it).
