A nest of three late Regency (circa 1820) rosewood tables, with cockbeaded borders to well-figured rosewood tops, raised on faux bamboo legs, united by stretchers.
I love the rich colour, the rosewood grain, the deep patina and the well-turned faux bamboo legs.
Plus, there's the added bonus of them being incredibly useful - side table, lamp table, drinks table and, of course, you can just pull them out as needed.
In good condition throughout, commensurate with being around 200 years old, just a very subtle split to the large tabletop which doesn't detract - I just mention it for transparency - and some fading to the righthand top side panel of the largest table (it looks much worse in the photo by the way).
