Art nouveau oak occasional table

Check out the colour, patina and grain on this art nouveau oak side or lamp table.

The indoor photos don't quite do it justice, so I tried outdoors too, which gives a slightly better idea of the colours.

The carving almost looks Celtic, but with that classic nature/organic art nouveau feel too, with a hint of the neo-classical in the fluted legs.

A perfect table by the sofa for drinks and a lamp, or showing off photos, flowers and books, or maybe the bathroom.

Circa 1900.

Condition:

Very good - sturdy, no wobbles, movement or woodworm.

There were just two splinters on the inside of one side panel from the screws being over tightened but these have been rectified and glued down.
